Technowrap™ composite repairs

More than 50,000 successful repairs have been completed using this technology on pipework, pipelines, decks, and more. Our cost-effective composite repair technology offers a long-term alternative to steel replacement and can be applied to live targeted areas without requiring a shutdown. Technowrap™ is tested and qualified to ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2 and can address a range of defects, including internal and external corrosion and through-wall defects.

Quickflange™ weldless connectors

Providing a permanent, gas-tight, and cost-effective alternative, Quickflange™ offers a simple installation process that can save up to 80% of the time required for traditional welding. This quick process uses a modified standard flange with patented internal grooves, where the Quickflange™ connector is slid over the pipe end and activated using a bespoke hydraulic tool.

Composite repair inspection

ICR’s unique technology utilises an acoustic inspection method with bespoke pitch-and-catch, resonance, and mechanical impedance analysis probes to detect and size anomalies within composite repairs. Conducted using portable, handheld equipment, these inspections effectively determine whether a repair is fit for purpose or if a remedial repair is required.
