Vacancy Department: Finance

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join ICR, based in Aberdeen. 

The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department in a varied role working alongside all members of the finance team. 

This role will report to the Financial Controller.

The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with preparation and submission of sales invoices
  • Liaise with customers to ensure sales invoices are approved and any issues are resolved timeously
  • Liaise with customers to ensure cash receipts are accurately forecasted
  • Assist with processing of purchase invoices
  • Bi-weekly processing of employee expenses and payment
  • Processing corporate credit card expenses
  • Bank Reconciliations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Employee expense management
  • Coordination of corporate credit card expenses
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Problem resolution and process familiarisation
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages – excel, word etc
  • Previous experience Accounts Payable/ Receivable processing, or experience in a similar role would be beneficial
