We are looking for a HSSEQ Advisor to join the ICR team, based in Aberdeen.
The HSSEQ Advisor will be responsible for providing professional advice, guidance, and support to the ICR Group with regard to the implementation of, and adherence to Group HSSEQ Plans. Work activities will be in line with legal requirements in areas where we work and in line with Group Policy.
This role will report to the HSSEQ Manager.
The main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implementation of Group HSSEQ Improvement Plan.
- Work with Operations to deliver improvements in workshop HSSEQ delivery.
- Maintain ICR’s Business Management System (BMS) and 1Net Incident Reporting Database.
- Investigate and identify root cause following HSSE incidents and quality related NCRs.
- Monitor and maintain legal compliance registers across the Group.
- Maintain and implement the Group HSSEQ audit programme, undertake audits as required.
- Monitor and maintain focus alongside Operations on HSSEQ compliance.
- Provide advice and guidance to Operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. e.g., PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, PPE, Manual Handling, etc.
- Promote ICR’s core values, safety culture and continuous improvement philosophies.
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver as required monthly safety meeting presentations.
- Coordinate and deliver as required quarterly safety themes and HSSEQ inductions.
- Develop, review, and approve new and existing HSSEQ procedures as required.
- Support the Commercial and Procurement Teams with regard to tenders, proposals and client evaluations and supplier approvals.
- Other related activities as may be deemed necessary from time to time.
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar relevant role (Essential)
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health, Safety and/or Environment (Essential)
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Environment (Preferred)
- Internal Auditor qualification(s) to ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001 (Essential)
- Lead Auditor qualification(s) to ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001 (Preferred)
- Internal or Lead Auditor qualification to ISO 17020 (Preferred)

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join ICR, based in Aberdeen.
The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department in a varied role working alongside all members of the finance team.
This role will report to the Financial Controller.
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with preparation and submission of sales invoices
- Liaise with customers to ensure sales invoices are approved and any issues are resolved timeously
- Liaise with customers to ensure cash receipts are accurately forecasted
- Assist with processing of purchase invoices
- Bi-weekly processing of employee expenses and payment
- Processing corporate credit card expenses
- Bank Reconciliations

We are looking for a Technician to join ICR, based out of Aberdeen.
The Technician will be responsible for participating in workshop activities based primarily in Aberdeen, and apply all Chemical Injection, Quickflange and Integrity Monitoring products in line with client requirements and in compliance with all ICR procedures. May also be required to work offshore / onsite as and when required.
This role will report to the Workshop and Stores Manager.
The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with Workshop Supervisor daily to ensure operational needs are communicated and understood.
- Apply Chemical Injection Utilities, Quickflange and Integrity Monitoring Solutions products in line with client requirements and ICR procedures.
- Repair and maintenance of all pumps, tools and associated parts including flushing, stripping, inspecting, repair and pressure testing.
- Prepare equipment for dispatch.
- Complete required reports and documentation in line with company standards and in an accurate and timely manner.
- Completion of appropriate paperwork including basic computer use (general & technical).
- General workshop duties perform in an efficient, professional, courteous manner and in accordance with ICR Company standards and safety procedures.
- Assembly of new equipment and assets.
- Assist Project Managers/Operations teams in providing a high level of technical support to all customers.

We are looking for a Senior Inspection Engineer (Category 1) to join the ICR team, based in Aberdeen.
The Senior Inspection Engineer will be in applying the highest standards of leadership and business acumen to ensure that the development, integration and assurance of INSONO™ technology across all ICR locations and partners globally. This role will provide Inspection & Mechanical Engineering Technical Assurance support in day-to-day operations, whilst contributing to the successful, smooth and timely delivery of all Composite Inspection contracts and orders for ICR.
This role will report to the Inspection & Integrity Management Services Director.
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- To act as Senior Inspection Engineer for the INSONO™ business unit with overall responsibility to ensure inspection activities are carried out in accordance with ISO 17020:2012, other applicable standards at ICR’s HSEQ requirements.
- To ensure the effective and profitable execution of composite inspection activities of the INSONO™ Strategic Business Unit.
- To lead, manage the development and integration of Composite Inspection Technology into the business for ICR.
- To ensure rigorous controls are in place to ensure all supporting engineering calculations / drawings / specifications are checked and approved.
- To support the business in the application of patents.
- To support the business to achieve and maintain accreditation / verification of new technology from third party institutions such as The Welding Institute, Lloyds and UKAS.
- Identify appropriate technical resources to undertake and support ICR Composite Inspection operational and project activities including specialist R&D programmes, improvement initiatives, etc.
- Create and implement an INSONO™ training programme to ensure competency for Project engineers, ICR Techs and NDT Techs in the delivery of the service and maintenance of inspection measuring equipment.
- Work closely with Composites Inspection TA in the creation of composite acceptance criteria.
- To support the Business Development and Marketing team to the Composite Inspection process to industry / clients.
- Provide technical supervision, management and support for all Composite inspection personnel, and others where required i.e. Composite Key Account Managers etc
- Develop and approve technical engineering project / operational deliverables.
- Approve and close-out of ICR Composite Inspection Technical Queries and MOC’s.
- Work as Lead Engineer on specific project(s) as required.
- Educate and present capabilities and processes to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Composite Inspection work is executed in compliance with applicable legislation, relevant international, national and Company standards, ICR BMS requirements, and Contract requirements as appropriate.
- Technical approval for all ICR Composite Inspection documents with Inspection and Integrity Management Services Director.
- Maintain and develop Company’s capability, skills and knowledge within the discipline. Identifying relevant training needs
- Communicating updates to applicable standards and / or regulations
- Continual monitoring and competency development of all inspection employees
- Overseeing the technical management of inspection related Complaints & Appeals
- Develop and deliver annual Business Action Plan approved by ICR Board.
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:
- Charted Engineer (CEng) or equivalent.
- Minimum degree qualified with appropriate experience, with a minimum NVQ Level V Engineering.
- 3 years of experience within an engineering discipline related to inspection.
- Authorised as a UKAS RG2 Category 1 Senior Inspection Engineer or equivalent.
- Previous experience in pressure system inspection or within composite inspection environment.
- Proven track record of management within Inspection industry
- Previous experience of developing WSE and approval of Inspection, RBI and integrity strategies, as well as previous experience of developing and managing the delivery of applicable Performance Standards.
- Suitable knowledge and understanding of ISO /IEC 17020:2012
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join ICR, based in Aberdeen. This is a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) – full time.
The Key Account Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of UK Chemical Injection Utilities (CIU) sales both onshore and offshore, by managing existing ICR clients, building on existing relationships plus working with the Business Development Manager to support with sourcing new business development opportunities within ICR’s current accounts to deliver upon agreed sales targets.
Candidates should have a good level of understanding and appreciation of the Offshore / O&G UK client base with an emphasis on maintaining our current UK market share and growing this wherever possible.
This role will report to the Business Manager for Chemical Injection Utilities.
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities, ensuring this is kept up to date on a weekly basis within the Pipedrive system.
- To carry out weekly forecasting within Pipedrive, to ensure revenues in the month are aligned with actuals.
- To develop and retain positive relationships with new and existing customers and foster positive relationships within the ICR organisation.
- To monitor values of rental PO’s, ensuring that they are not exceeded and where they are likely to be exceeded that PO amendments are requested from the clients in a timely fashion.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices are fully managed in a timely manner.
- To send monthly reports for clients as required.
- Attend quarterly client meetings.
- To manage key accounts.
- To positively and professionally represent ICR at conferences, trade shows and networking events with an aim to continually gather intelligence and feed back to the business using the appropriate tools.
- Oversee client documentation system with assistance from Operations.
