The Technical Account Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of Corrosion Monitoring sales both onshore and offshore, through the management of existing ICR clients, providing technical sales and support, building on existing relationships and sourcing new business opportunities within ICR’s current accounts to deliver upon agreed sales targets.
This role will report to the Business Manager responsible for the Corrosion Monitoring division. The successful candidate for this position should possess a good level of technical background, as well as an understanding and appreciation for the offshore Oil & Gas client base, to ensure ICR are represented professionally in the market.

The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • To deliver the accurate technical sales advise and support to the business in order to secure sales and enhance revenues in line with the annual business plan.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities, with a six month look ahead ensuring this is kept up to date on a weekly basis within the Pipedrive system.
  • To carry out weekly forecasting within Pipedrive, to ensure revenues in the month are aligned with actuals.
  • To develop and retain positive relationships with new and existing customers and foster positive relationships within the ICR organisation.
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring that enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices are fully managed in a timely manner.
  • Attend quarterly client meetings.
  • To manage key accounts.
  • To positively and professionally represent ICR at conferences, trade shows and networking events with an aim to continually gather intelligence and feed back to the business using the appropriate tools.
  • Provide client technical support and training where necessary.
  • International travel, as required.
    Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing accurate technical support and specifications to our customer
    basis.
  • Responsible for delivering annual targets and personal objectives.
  • Maintaining strong relationships within designated Key Accounts on behalf of the
    Company.
  • Ensuring all Key Account plans are kept up to date at all times to include competitor analysis, market intelligence and commercial analysis.
  • Ensure annual sales targets and strategic objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all promotional material is up to date and fit for purpose, and active participation on social media.
  • Develop and retain positive relationships with new and existing customers and foster positive
    relationships within the ICR organisation.
  • Follow the Service Realisation process.

  • A Technical background and experience working within Corrosion Monitoring is preferred

ICR Integrity Ltd are looking for a Project Engineer to join ICR, based in our Aberdeen office.

The Project Engineer will work within the Operations Team of our Chemical Injection Business Unit, to deliver and provide project management and engineering for rental and new build projects. This role will report to the Engineering Project Manager.

The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical support during the quotation process and to liaise with the client throughout the project
  • Carry out design of the units
  • Manage projects/scopes from receipt of order, through to final invoicing
  • Manage and control project costs, with support from the Finance Team
  • Develop plan for each project/scope, monitor progress and report regularly on progress
  • Prepare work-packs for personnel
  • Provide support to on/offshore personnel as requested at all project/scope stages
  • Coordinate with internal support functions for workshop, stores and logistical support
  • Raise requisitions in line with Company procurement process for materials and transport
  • Producing procedures and other relevant documentation relating to the operation, maintenance and handling of ICR products where applicable

Key responsibilities:

  • To deliver all projects/scopes to the satisfaction of the client
  • To manage project costs to ensure profits are maximised

ICR Integrity Ltd are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team, based at our Aberdeen office.

The Receptionist/ Administrator will be the first point of contact within ICR to provide a professional and welcoming service to visitors, staff and clients when they arrive on site, and will be responsible for keeping an accurate record of all visitors, as well as directing and assisting with phone calls in a helpful manner and providing support to the wider business with other administrative tasks.
This position will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s Document Control Register and providing administration support to Business Unit Managers to maintain these documents, as and when required.
This position will report to our Executive Assistant.

The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:
Reception –

  • Welcoming and engaging visitors to the office, ensuring site inductions are carried out and recorded
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Ordering of stationery and office consumables
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and stocked with basic supplies (tea / coffee, etc.)
  • Preparing meeting rooms in advance of meetings/training

We are looking for a Technician to join ICR, based out of Aberdeen.

The Technician will be responsible for participating in workshop activities based primarily in Aberdeen, and apply all Chemical Injection, Quickflange and Integrity Monitoring products in line with client requirements and in compliance with all ICR procedures. May also be required to work offshore / onsite as and when required.
This role will report to the Workshop and Stores Manager.
The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with Workshop Supervisor daily to ensure operational needs are communicated and understood.
  • Apply Chemical Injection Utilities, Quickflange and Integrity Monitoring Solutions products in line with client requirements and ICR procedures.
  • Repair and maintenance of all pumps, tools and associated parts including flushing, stripping, inspecting, repair and pressure testing.
  • Prepare equipment for dispatch.
  • Complete required reports and documentation in line with company standards and in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Completion of appropriate paperwork including basic computer use (general & technical).
  • General workshop duties perform in an efficient, professional, courteous manner and in accordance with ICR Company standards and safety procedures.
  • Assembly of new equipment and assets.
  • Assist Project Managers/Operations teams in providing a high level of technical support to all customers.
    Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technician to join the Integrity Monitoring Business within ICR’s Inspection and Integrity Management Division, based in Aberdeen

This is a workshop-based role, with regular offshore and international travel required.

The Technician will work with the Operations Team to deliver corrosion monitoring services in accordance with Company targets and client demands.

This role will report to the Technical Manager – NECE

The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Site works including various corrosion monitoring and microbiology survey, and additional ad-hoc requirements while assisting Lead Technicians.
  • Assisting with technical reporting and analysis.
  • Implementation and reviewing of all job specific work packs, risk assessments, procedures, work instructions and method statements.
  • Assist with maintenance of technical procedures and work instructions.
  • Liaise with Technical Manager as and when required to assist with workshop duties and routine equipment maintenance, testing and job preparation.
  • Project related support, kit lists, registers, purchasing, logistics, updating stock, etc.
  • Contribute to daily operations meetings and improvement sessions.
  • Daily progress update to Project Manager and Onshore Operations team.

  • Valid BOSIET / FOET Offshore Survival
  • Valid OGUK Medical Certificate
  • Valid Minimum Industrial Safety Training (MIST)

The Technician will work within the Composites team, to apply all Engineered Composite Repair products onshore and offshore in line with client requirements in compliance with ICR procedures. 

This role will report to the Senior Project Manager or International Project Manager.

  • To be responsible for the application of all Technowrap composite products onshore and offshore in line with client requirements and in compliance with all ICR procedures. 
  • To become totally conversant and have a full and detailed understanding of all of the Engineered Composite Repairs business processes and how they apply in the running of the business. 
  • Working with / supervising third parties when required. 
  • To take responsibility for one’s own safety and for the safety of others working within ICR and whilst representing ICR on an external work site. 
  • Participate in the ‘Buddy System’ by actively supporting and mentoring trainee technicians and when working alongside other technical support provided by other ICR companies. 
  • Compliance with and commitment to Company’s HSEQ policies and procedures. 
  • To assist the Operations Team in providing a high level of technical support to all customers. 
  • To become fully competent in the Application of Technowrap Core, Technowrap 2K, Technowrap 2K, Technowrap 2K HT, Technowrap 2K HA onto the entire complex geometry pipe work configurations; Carbon Fibre and Compression Techniques. 
  • Carry out special projects or duties as assigned by the Operations Team. 
  • From time to time it may be necessary for employees to carry out other relevant tasks and duties to contribute towards achieving total customer satisfaction and improving the operational effectiveness of the Company. 
  • To assist in the management of the warehouse where applicable. 
  • Must have willingness to travel and work from various offshore/onshore/UK and overseas locations. 
  • Reactive and willing to mobilise at short notice for ad hoc work scopes. 
  • Offshore survival (BOSIET / MIST) and OGUK medical – to be provided 
  • 2K and 2KHT training, and Carbon Fibre – to be provided 
  • Rope Access (preferable) – to be provided
