Technowrap™ Composite Repairs
Technowrap™ is ICR’s advanced composite repair solution, designed to deliver a durable, long-term alternative to traditional steel replacement and welding. This cost-effective technology can be applied to live assets without shutdown, enabling efficient repairs to pipelines, structural components, and other critical infrastructure.
Quickflange™ Weldless Connectors
Quickflange™ enables secure flange-to-pipe connections without the need for welding. As a 100% cold work solution, it delivers faster, safer installations and can be completed up to 80% quicker than traditional welding methods.
INSONO™ Composite Inspection
INSONO™ is ICR’s advanced non-destructive inspection technology, purpose-built to assess the condition of Technowrap™ Engineered Composite Repairs. Using a combination of acoustic inspection techniques, including pitch and catch, resonance, and mechanical impedance analysis, it detects laminate delaminations and identifies disbonds at the bond line.
