Engineered Composite Repairs
Technowrap™ is ICR’s engineered composite repair technology for damaged and corroded pipework, pipelines and structural components. Designed to deliver service lives of up to 20 years, it can be applied to live assets without the need for shutdown, making it a practical and cost-effective alternative to welding and steel replacement. Its proven track record dates back to 1992, with more than 50,000 applications completed worldwide.
Composite Repair Inspection
INSONO™, ICR’s non-destructive inspection system, was specifically developed for use with Technowrap™ composite repairs. Utilising acoustic inspection methods, including pitch and catch, resonance and mechanical impedance analysis, INSONO™ identifies delaminations within the laminate and disbonds along the bond line. This unique technology enhances quality assurance and enables the ongoing condition monitoring of ageing composite repairs throughout their service life.
Weldless Flange-to-Pipe Connections
Quickflange™ is ICR’s 100% cold-work solution for flange-to-pipe connections. Delivering a permanent connection and installed up to 80% faster than welding, Quickflange™ is used to repair damaged and corroded assets, as well as modify and construct new pipelines ranging from ¾” to 14″.
