We are looking for a full time Business Development Manager to join the team, based out of Carnforth.
The Business Development Manager will establish and retain business opportunities for the ICR business, primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales. As part of this there may be an element of account management involved however primarily a technical sales business development role, with a strong focus on Technical Solutions primarily on Leak Sealing and Composites. There is also a strong focus on the operational delivery ensuring Materials, Hardware, Technician Training are all aligned to ensure first class delivery.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain and identify new opportunities to achieve financial performance of Business Unit and Group.
Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and targets for the Leak Sealing and Composite Business.
Develop relationships with new and existing clients in the UK.
Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
Develop a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities.
Develop and retain positive relationships with new and existing customers and foster positive. relationships within the ICR organisation.
Deliver an agreed annual individual Company target.
Develop, execute and achieve sales targets and expand client base.
Follow the Group sales process, including creating, developing and maintaining a weighted sales pipeline and reporting.
Recognise and adhere to all Company HSEQ policies internally and externally.
